POS that survives humidity and hands
Chilled aisles, rainy season entrances, and constant restocking punish flimsy cardboard. When we design POS for Thailand, we ask printers about coatings before we fall in love with a die-cut shape.
Floor stickers near entrances need slip-resistant finishes and edges that do not curl after mopping. Gondola wings should not block restock paths or emergency sightlines. Wobblers look lively in a studio and exhausted by day three if the clip cannot hold.
Build a small destruction test into your pre-press: fold, mist lightly, and press with a gloved hand. If the piece fails on a desk, it will fail faster on a Saturday afternoon.
Finally, leave a clear install photo for field crews. A perfect artwork file without a placement photo becomes guesswork under time pressure.
